❌ We were on route 🚗 ➡ en route ✔
❌ The community were celebrating 🎉 ➡ was celebrating ✔
So, we have an irregular past tense verb, a French borrowing and an agreement issue which have been caught before the manuscript is published. Glad to have spotted these to help create a frictionless reading experience. You don’t want to jolt readers out of their fantasy.
A few final things to look over tomorrow and then I’ll be ready to return the manuscript to the author. 😊📚
